Starts FRIDAY APRIL 29th and runs for the following three consecutive FRIDAYS

This workshop will allow you to create and work a complete sustainable and simple sales plan that brings results.

COURSE OUTLINE

Over four-2 hours interactive classroom sessions, we will develop and execute a frame work for a workable and effective sales management plan. We will identify and breakdown into simple components a selling process by defining the structure, identifying the tools and key strategies to improve sales results. We will look at: 

  • CRM Development (ZOHO, ACT!, SFDC)
  • Ranking and Qualification of Prospects and Customers
  • Scripting Structure - Elevator, Value Proposition, Cold and Warm Call and Email 
  • Scripts
  • Defining a Sales Pipeline
  • Managing a Pipeline for Accurate Forecasting and Accountability
  • Skill Set Development and Coaching Strategies
  • Coaching and Technology Resources
  • Accountability and Continuous Improvement
  • Networking Strategies
  • Referral Strategies

TIME REQUIREMENTS

Time requirement is two hours per week for 4 weeks for a total 8 hours of classroom instruction. Attendees will be required to complete the assigned weekly homework between classes in order to benefit fully from this workshop.
